With roughly 1,000 participants, nearly 500 runners in the 5K and a free Community Health Fair boasting 80 vendors and many free health screenings, the event was a win-win for all. Deputy Dana Chaney led the runners in a picturesque route along the Oso Creek Trail.

The public is invited to provide input on the City's capital improvement projects during the Community Services Commission's meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.

The City has identified several capital improvement (CIP) projects that are under review for prioritization by the Community Services Commission, which serves as an advisory board to the Council.

The Oso Fit Fun Run takes step in Mission Viejo this Saturday featuring a 5K and quarter- and half-mile runs along with a popular Community Health Fair. By simply registering for this event, you can support your favorite local nonprofit.
