To help families struggling to afford internet service during the ongoing pandemic, the Federal Communications Commission rolled out a new long-term Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

Enjoy a special happy hour featuring live rock music by acoustic guitarist Corey Angeli at Terrace on the Green at 5:30 pm on Friday, March 25.

Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tasty fare from the full happy hour menu will be available for purchase.

In an effort to assist low-income seniors, the City is teaming up with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program to provide free tax preparation for Mission Viejo residents.

Appointments are available for seniors with an annual household income less than $60,000. Appointments take place between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm on April 5 and April 12 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

Terrace on the Green will be serving up fresh tacos for a special Taco "Twosday" on Tuesday, February 22 from 11 am to 7:30 pm. You can enjoy two tacos for only $2. In addition, dine on chips, salsa and guacamole. Modelo beer pitchers will be $2 off and house margaritas will also be available.

ValueRock Realty, the developer of the proposed Mission Viejo Garden Plaza Project, will host a series of virtual workshops beginning February 17 that will be followed by an in-person Community Open House on March 9.
