Rescue Round Up - October 2020
Toko Tasi was rescued almost a year ago from an overcrowded LA shelter by Ghetto Rescue Foundation (GRFF), which has been trying to find him a home ever since. Although he has been safe, he has been in boarding the entire time, so they reached out to us for assistance. We recently teamed up with Ghetto Rescue Foundation to save dogs from high-impact shelters. GRFF is a reputable rescue that takes in dogs and puppies from shelters in California and Texas. When they asked us help Toko find him a new home, we happily obliged. Most of the time, we are able to complete our rescue dogs’ stories, but unfortunately, Toko Tasi has yet to find his happy ending as he continues to wait for his forever home. Toko Tasi is a happy-go-lucky 1 ½-year-old pit bull whose exuberance knows no bounds. He seems to like other dogs and would benefit from another active, athletic dog to play with. He is strong and could use some training, which will be included in his adoption. The Mission Viejo Animal Services Center would love to find the perfect home for Toko – who has been waiting too long. If you have the perfect home for Toko, please visit cmvas.org and apply.
