Otter

A little update on Otter: he is now certified best buds with his brother Linus. You can catch the two of them lounging around the living room or seeing what’s up in the kitchen. Whenever Linus does something, you can count on Otter to follow suit. Monkey see monkey do with these guys.

When we got Otter from the shelter it was assumed he had some form of alopecia. After a first bath his greased up fur and flakey skin improved tremendously and after some research and a few more baths we think the poor guy had gotten himself a sunburn in the streets of Riverside before he was picked up!

Otters weight loss journey is also coming along smoothly. He is down about 2.5 pounds and now has even more pep in his step. He might not have the puppy energy but he sure does enjoy hanging out with the neighborhood pack!

Otter isn’t much of a cuddler, but his adoring eyes let you know how much he loves hanging with the humans. Otter became part of the family from day one and we couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing people at the Mission Viejo Animal Shelter for bringing us together!
