Boo, Minnow, and Wheezy

I have 3 from your shelter.

First photo is Yvette - pure white - I adopted 03/2017.  Her name is now Boo.  This cat not a lap cat but absolutely lovely and entertaining.  And as soft as silk.

Second photo is Raina - a funny faced tabby I got to be a playmate for Boo - I adopted in 09/2017.  Her name is now Minnow - abbreviated from Skinny Minnie - which she was when I got her 6 months ago.  But she is a little lover - cuddles with me all the time and loves playing with Boo.

The last photo you called (I think) Danielle.  I call her Wheezy as her purr sounds like a wheeze.   I adopted her in late 2006.  She had been returned to you by adopters as she was for sure ugly to other cats.   Per your attendants - she had been delivered to you pregnant and all kittens adopted - and I am guessing her "protective" temperament went to her first adopters.   And to me.

But we got that worked out.  She has turned out to be just like Minnow - very loving and affectionate.
