The City of Mission Viejo is seeking energetic certified fitness and aqua aerobics instructors to lead an array of classes at its recreation centers such as Aqua Aerobics, boot camp, yoga and more.

Kudos to current and former Mission Viejo Community Services Commissioners Grant Voss and Ron Ruef for winning prestigious awards this week during the annual California Association of Park & Recreation Commissioners & Board Members (CAPRCBM) annual banquet. 
 

KNBC TV reporter Vikki Vargas was in Mission Viejo today filming a story about our City’s second “Stop the Bleeding” training.  Our City is proactively working to expand the Stop the Bleed program through Mission Hospital’s Trauma Center to train, equip and empower school administrators, teachers, staff and community bystanders to stop active and life-threatening bleeding.
