Study Room Guidelines

  • You must check in within 15 minutes of your reservation start time, or your reservation will be automatically cancelled and available to book by another patron. Check in by using the link in your reservation confirmation email, scanning the QR code inside the room itself, or by visiting the Ask Here desk at the library.
  • A valid Mission Viejo Library card and email address is required to make a reservation. If you do not have a card, you can apply for one here. Temporary cards should only be used for an initial booking. On your first visit to the library, please visit the Check Out desk to receive your physical library card to make additional bookings.
  • Rooms are limited to 3 hours per day per patron or group and may be reserved up to 7 days in advance. 
  • Rooms are not soundproof. Please be considerate of other patrons.
  • All other Library Policies apply.
