Teen Summer Reading Program Registration

Fill out the form below to register for the Mission Viejo Library’s 2024 Teen Summer Reading Program.  The program runs from June 15 – July 31.  

Participants, your goal is to read for 12 hours and log the time you spend reading. Starting June 15, use this game card to track your reading, or pick one up on your next visit to the library. 

Once you’ve met your 12-hour reading goal, come to the library with your completed game card to collect your finisher prize. You’ll also earn raffle tickets for our grand prize raffle, which includes the chance to win a gift card from Target, Amazon, or Barnes & Noble!

Winners will be notified by August 9.
