Welcome to your Summer Reading Program Headquarters! We encourage everyone to read for fun and earn incentives. The library offers self-directed reading programs designed for all ages running between June 15 - July 31. 
 
Select your age group to register and get started:

Events

Children's Programs

Music Class with Ladybug Music
Kids will sing, dance, and play their own instruments in this fun and interactive music class hosted by Ladybug Music in the Storytime Room.

Family Fort Night
Age 3 and older
Bring blankets, pillows, and other fort-making equipment and enjoy reading with your family in your fort. Light refreshments will be provided.

Minecraft Boxheads
Ages 5 and older 
Drop-in and create a wearable Steve, Creeper, or your own original character from Minecraft! Supplies provided and could be limited.

Ages 3 and older
Experience the fun and astonishment reading can create when books come to life in this wacky and interactive magic show.

What Should I Read Next? Summer Edition
Avid readers and book club groups are invited to join our fun and engaging Penguin Random House reps as they discuss their newest book releases to get you through the summer.

Summer Book Exchange Tea Party
Wrap up a copy of your favorite book and exchange it with others during an afternoon of sharing your favorite reads.

Vital Village
Join First Five Orange County for two mental health presentations. July 18 will focus on supporting the emotional well-being of pregnant women and their families. July 25 will be hosted by the Orange County Fatherhood Coalition and will focus on fatherhood engagement and supporting fathers.
